Carolyn Ann Mooney Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carolyn Ann Mooney of Detroit, Texas, who passed away on June 20, 2022 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Darrell Ward and Dorothy Shoffner Ward; her sons, Michael Dean Strickland and Matthew Brady Strickland; her brother Charlie Ward; her son James Strickland of Detroit; her brother Stanley Ward (Mickey) of Clarksville; and her grandchildren, Shane Newby, Zachary Strickland, McKenna Strickland, Matthew Treyson Strickland and Kiyon Anthony Barber. She was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Whitemans Chapel Cemetery, C/O Linda Poteet 1805 W. College Avenue Apt. 7B.
