It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rose Chlotle Harper of Desoto, Texas, born in Austin, Texas, who passed away on December 3, 2024, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Vester Taylor and Ocilda Sissom Taylor; and her brothers, Truman Duane Taylor and Roy Alexander Taylor. She is survived by: her husband Jack Carroll Harper; her children, Stephen Carroll Harper, Cynthia Rose Harper James and Scott Vester Harper; and her grandchildren, Robert Lynn James, Jr., Randal Christopher James, Taylor Woodson Harper and William Carroll Harper.
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Grandview Cemetery (8757 FM 916, Grandview, TX 76050).
