He was predeceased by: his parents, Ramon Ruiz and Luiz Ruiz. He is survived by: his wife Luz Ruiz; his children, Jorge Chavira, Tony Ruiz, Ivan Ruiz and Graciela S. Ruiz; his grandchildren, Breonna, Angel, Alex, Anthony, Isaac, Messiah, Alyssa, Ruben, Alexa, Desiree, Abigail and Adan; and his great grandchild Ruben Jr..
A memorial service was held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Eternal Rest Funeral Home (1400 N Hampton Rd, DeSoto, TX 75115).
