He was predeceased by: his parents, C. W. Pack and Thelma Raunut Pack; his wife Mary Beth Pack; and his brothers, Rim Pack and Charles Pack.

He is survived by: his sons, Kevin Pack (Angela), Brett Pack (Rachel) and Keith Pack (Becky); his grandchildren, Preston Pack, Macy Pack, Kendall Pack, Kenley Pack and Garren Pack; his great grandchild Jaxson Salazar; his nieces, Paula Farlow (Don) and Vivian Menzel (David); and his pet Red.
