She was predeceased by: her parents, Amasa Shugart and Emma Woodall Shugart; her husband Richard Pack (Rim); and her son Phillip Pack. She is survived by: her children, Lelan Pack and Vivian Pack Menzel (David); her granddaughters, Katie Pack, Kelie Kageler, Kristen Hardin and Kelsey Menzel (Mike); and her sister Lonabelle English. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
