He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivy Elizabeth Larue Castlebury and Joshua Castlebury; his brothers, Elton Castlebury, Billy Joe Castlebury and Ray Castlebury; his children, Mitch Castlebury, Charlene Borders and Bobbi Gifford; his mother-in-law Vera Wilson; and his siblings-in-law, Bob Wilson and Jeannie Womack.
He is survived by: his wife Martha Castlebury; his children, Benny Crawford (Marilyn) and Frankye Sessums (Billy); his children-in-law, Sharon Castlebury, Tommy Borders and Allen Gifford; his grandchildren, Theresa Stephens, B. A. Sessums, Breah Sessums, Marti Chumbley, Bryan Gifford, Katha Hudson, Jesse Crawford, Chance Crawford and Jeanna Smith; and his caregiver Esmerelda Brodie. He is also survived by many great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
