He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Collins and Rita Collins; his brother Zack Collins; and his brother-in-law Casey Johnathan Roach. He is survived by: his wife Jenny Lee Roach of Deport; his children, Corey Alexander Collins of Pittsburgh, Austin Hart (MaKenzie Collins) of Mt. Pleasant, Texas and Cayci Lee Collins of Deport, Texas; his brother Oscar Collins of Valdosta, Georgia; his brother-in-law Michael Roach of Sulphur Springs, Texas; his parents-in-law, John Lee and Corene Roach of Deport, Texas; his stepsiblings, Donna Jean Robinson, Kathy Cravey, Judy Robinson and James Robinson; and the mother of his children Kimberly Burnett Ernest.
