He was predeceased by: his parents, Wynelle Bishop and Jesse Bishop (Toby). He is survived by: his children, Misty (Ray Ramos) of Andrews, Ashley (Kevin Couch) of Seagraves and Jesse IV (Sidnie Bishop) of Pinedale, Wyoming.; his grandchildren, Hayden Lively, Andruw Ramos, Kayleigh Lively, Elyssa Ramos, Zayn Bishop, Ian Ramos and Salem Bishop; and his siblings, Freda Davidson of Abilene and Billy Bishop Sr. (Cindy) of Midland. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
