He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Tracy Felts and Bonnie Marie Harris; and his son Michael Brandon Felts. He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann; his children, Chad Felts (Arlena) and Brooke Rose (Justin); his stepson Chris Brown (Sarah); his grandchildren, Victoria, David, Jasmine, Christian, Jordan, Destiny, Dallas, Kennedy, Zoe, Phoebe Felts, Barrett, Reagan, Landry Rose and Walker Brown; and his brother L. T. Felts (Shirley).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to a Vietnam Veterans Charity (https://www.vvmf.org) of your choice or St. Jude's Children's Cancer Research Hospital.
