He is survived by: his mother Cynthia Bulk; his stepmother Kathy Strong; his siblings, Theresa (Richard Johnston), Amanda Strong, Brian (Kashmir McCarthy) and Danny McCarthy (Justin Eldridge); and his nephews, Nolen Johnston, Lexi Strong, Andrew Turner, Logan Johnston, Mackenzie Johnston, Seamus McCarthy and Ambrose McCarthy.
