She was predeceased by : her parents, Johnny Ray Standifer and Esta Bain Standifer; her spouse P. O. Rogers; and her siblings, Dixie Allen and Donald Ray Standifer.

She is survived by : her children, Bobby Gene (Deedra Fletcher) of Aubrey, Texas and Brenda Kaye (Juston Marshall) of Edmond, Oklahoma; her sister Peggy Standifer of Shreveport, Louisiana; her brother-in-law Jarrod Allen of Natchez, Mississippi; her daughter Mary Fletcher of Denton, Texas; her grandson David Fletcher; her great grandchild Nate Shepherd-Fletcher of Garland, Texas; her nephew Ken (Kim Allen) of Natchez, Mississippi; and her nieces, Britney (Chase Caldwell) of Vidalia, Louisiana and Carley Allen of Jackson. She is also survived by cousins, second cousins.

A funeral service was held on Friday, July 5th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Central Baptist Church (2221 N Carroll Blvd, Denton, TX 76201). A prayer was held on Friday, July 5th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the House of the Lord.

Friends and family may also choose, in lieu of flowers, to make donations to Central Baptist Church in her name for support of their homeless and single mothers ministries.
