She is survived by: her husband Michael "Andy" Ivy of Hickory Creek; her daughter Tracy Emmons; her son-in-law Tim; her grandchildren, Tara and Trent; her great grandchildren, Emilyah, Lucas and Levi; her sister Gail Carlos (David); and her niece Tamra Carlos.
