She was predeceased by: her parent Annie Burns; and her son David C. Westmoreland. She is survived by: her spouse Reginald Westmoreland; and her daughters, Linda Storm of Ontario and Lisa Burlingame of Sherman. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
