She was predeceased by: her parents, H. P. Neill and Mozelle Neill; her husband Joe R. Cochran, Jr.; her former husband Bill Schlottmann; and her siblings, Margie Forrest and Lynn Neill.
She is survived by: her children, Wes Cochran (Glenda), Paula Flowerday (Scott) and Julie Parker (Paul); and her grandchildren, Brandon Cochran (Casidi), Joseph Cochran (Scarlett), Robbie Carter, Paul Carter (Whitney), Bryan Parker, Mary Salaz (Taylor) and David Parker (Jeni). She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren; and many beloved nieces, nephews, cousins, and good friends.
