He was predeceased by: his father Don Harvey of Sanger; his brother Chuck Harvey; and his grandparents, Bill, Mickey Marshall, Fred and Mary Lee Harvey.
He is survived by: his mother Pamela L. Marshall of Denton, Texas.; his daughters, Brooke Arroyo (Jorge) of Tioga and Amber Harvey of Gunter; his grandchildren, Blakely Arroyo of Tioga, Jazmin Arroyo of Tioga, Christofer Arroyo of Tioga and Sophia Arroyo of Tioga; his aunt Carol Shrum of Sanger; his great-aunt Rheba Marshall of Sanger; and his cousin Christine Marshall Waggoner of Sanger. He is also survived by numerous cousins and friends.
When COVID hit, like so many small businesses at that time, it wiped him out.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to the Sanger Cemetery Association, P. O. Box 100, Sanger, Texas 76266.
