Margie Irene Ball Obituary
We are sad to announce that on April 14, 2025, at the age of 81, Margie Irene Ball of Denton, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Dr. Flamen "David" Ball VI; and her parents, Truman Joseph Barber, Sr. and Margaret Evelyn Norman Barber. She is survived by: her brother Joe Barber (Barbara); her children, Michael Ball (Amy), Matthew Ball (Leslie) and Marissa Glasschroeder (Mark); her grandchildren, Colton Glasschroeder (Stormie), Lilly Glasschroeder, Tristan Ball, Carter Ball, Rylie Glasschroeder and Callie Ball; her great grandchildren, Tinslee Glasschroeder and Cohen Ball; and her brother Truman Joseph Barber, Jr..
A memorial service was held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Westminster Presbyterian Church (903 North St, Nacogdoches, TX 75961).
In lieu of flowers, Margie requested that memorial donations be made to the Debra Dalton Music Fund of Westminster Presbyterian Church (903 North St. Nacogdoches, Texas 75961), St. Andrew Presbyterian Church (300 West Oak St. Denton, Texas 76201) and Presbyterian Children's Homes and Services (P.O. Box 140888 Austin, TX 78714).
