He is survived by: his parents, Raymond Joseph McGovern and Kathy Elaine Harding McGovern; and his siblings, Maria Len McGovern Sievert (Barry James Sievert), Joseph Nathan McGovern (Ginger Kay Anderson), Benjamin J McGovern (Rachel Irene Dahle), Samuel Adam McGovern (Kimberly Kristin Eadie), Matthew Todd McGovern (Julie Michelle Veal) and James Andrew McGovern (Monica Esquivel Santos).
