It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marcia F. Freeman of Denton, Texas, born in Bridgeport, Connecticut, who passed away on September 7, 2024, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Marcia had on those she encountered along her journey. Though Marcia may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Gladys Irene Warner and Lester Addison Freeman; and her husband Mahlon V. R. Freeman. She is survived by: her children, Mark (Tx), Leslie (Tx), Lansingh (Tx) and Margo (Tx); her sister Nancy Anderson (Ct); and her brother-in-law Thorp Freeman (Sally). She is also survived by nine grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren.
