He was predeceased by: his brother Robert C. Burch; and his son Joseph S. Burch, IV. He is survived by: his wife Becky of Cleveland, Tennessee.; and his sister Jane Burch Thrash of Georgetown. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
