He is survived by: his girlfriend Earnestine "Tina" McKinney Evans of Denton, TX; his children, Shaleesha Hollis of Buford, GA, Jerome Hollis (Sophia) of Gainesville, GA., Valencia Davis (late Charles) of Ohio, Tina Kinney (Duan) of Denton, TX, Joy Ricks (Larry) of Frisco, TX and Shamon Bradley (Jared) of Denton, TX.; his siblings, Ida Hunter (Ricki) of Temple, TX, Charles Hollis of Denton, TX, Geneva Kirby (Randy) of Crowley, TX and Loretta Coble of Mansfield, TX.; and his nephew William Tyrone Lewis of Austin, TX. He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Bill DeBerry Funeral Directors (2025 W University Dr, Denton, TX 76201). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
