He was predeceased by: his parents, James E. Brooks and Reba W. Brooks; his wife Audrey Brooks; and his stepmother Nadine Westerman Brooks Cole. He is survived by: his son Eric S. Brooks (Theresa L. Brooks); and his grandson Vaughn A. Brooks.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 3rd 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Mulkey-Bowles-Montgomery Funeral Home (705 N Locust St, Denton, TX 76201). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 3rd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 3rd 2024 at the Eric's. Brooks' Home.
