He is survived by: his wife Brenda Markham Savage; his son Sherwood Dwain Savage (Julie) of Sargent, TX; his stepchildren, Liana Loggins (Jim) of Weston, TX and Randy Markham (Shelly) of Denton; his brother Randy Savage Sr.; his grandchildren, Wesley Savage, Stephanie Savage, Michelle Serrano (Brian), Chelsea Martin (Kaleb), Katie Markham and Chance Loggins (Nicole); and his great grandchildren, Bayley, Bryndle, Caden, Corbin, Chloe, Hope, Brody, Isaac, Jason and Zoey.

Visitation was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the First Cumberland Presbyterian Church (1424 Stuart Rd, Denton, TX 76209). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
