He was predeceased by: his daughter Barbara Jean Kurrus. He is survived by: his parents, Herbert F. Kurrus and Dixie Dunham Kurrus; his spouse Nancy Louise Dieterich; his children, David Dunham Kurrus, Virginia Leigh Kurrus and Martha Louise Teague; his grandchildren, Julie Ann Hamilton, Bonnie Mae Serra, Dixie Louise Sonnier, Walter Burke Smith, Emma Caillet Smith, Harrison Frederick Smith, Philip Kincaid Teague, Margaret Louise Teague and Andrew Dunham Teague; his great grandchildren, Adeline Louise, Rosalie Belle Sonnier and Everly Ann Hamilton; and his sister Jene Gravley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
