We are sad to announce that on February 9, 2019, at the age of 92, Edwin Czubakowski (Denton, Texas), born in Thorp, Wisconsin passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Steven Czubakowski and Josephine Sluginski Czubakowski; his wife Dolores Czubakowski of Denton; his children, Jody Cook of Midwest City, OK, Rebecca Czubakowski of Denton, Sue Story (Norwood) of Plano, Sandi Schon (Don) of Aubrey and Timothy Czubakowski (Angela) of Bethel, CT; and his grandchildren, Benjamin, Samuel (Carissa, Matthew, Michael), Zachary and Madison.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donation may be made to the American Heart Association.
