She is survived by: her children, Cecilia (Jody Payne), Donna (Dan Perkins), Chris (Patti Becker), Alison (Adam Bednarczyk), Douglas (Leslie Becker), Ellen Becker, Julia (Ron Rios) and Stephanie Polk; her stepfather John B. Harrison; her husband Bill Collins; and her siblings, Lorene Krametbauer, Bill Machart, Mary Ann Jodzko, Helen Price and Paul Machart.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Immaculate Conception Catholic School an organization that was close to Dolores's heart.
