He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Carlos and Maxine Carlos. He is survived by: his wife Gail of Corinth; his daughter Tamara Carlos of Denton; and his siblings, Debbie Carlos of Missouri, Greg Carlos of Missouri and Larry Carlos of Oregon.
