She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Groves and Ilean Ashworth Groves; and her sister Lorene Groves. She is survived by: her daughter Paula Pugh Hart (John) of Denton; her stepdaughter Donna Johnson (Gary) of Kingsport; her grandchildren, Emily Davis (Sam) of Denton, Daniel Hart of Denton and Brittany Cassell (Jake) of Jonesborough; and her great grandchildren, Jackson, Allie Kate Davis of Denton, Eliana and Pierce Cassell of Jonesborough.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to GracePointe Church, 3000 E. McKinney St. Denton, TX 76209.
