He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Henry Barnett, Jr. and Manzanita Kathryn Ayers Barnett. He is survived by: his sisters, Judy Farner (Herb) of Enola, PA, Karan Cameron of Weatherford, TX and Nicki Cox of Newcastle, OK.. He is also survived by four nieces and four nephews, as well as, five great nieces and eleven great nephews.
