She was predeceased by: her parents, Marshall Russell and Corine Russell; and her siblings, David Russell, Thelma Welch, Frances Hardeman and Betty Elliott.
She is survived by: her husband Dennis; her children, Randy Simmons of Sherman, Karen Fulenchek (Ronnie) of McKinney, Texas, Pamela Simmons and Larry Simmons of Sherman; her siblings, Juanita Samford, Linda Warren and Nolan Russell; and also Juanita Samford. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
