He is survived by: his wife Linda Heironimus; his daughters, Sharla Stephenson (Ricky) and Karen Ratcliff (Larry); his stepchildren, Robert Stubbs (Jennifer) and Vanessa Carlson (Greg Steward); his grandchildren, Shannon Haynes (Heath), Ricky Stephenson, Kristen Hester (Beau) and Kacey Collinsworth; his stepgrandchildren, Xander, Maya, Amelie Stubbs and Shannen Caudill; his great grandchildren, Kaiden Hester and Maverick Haynes; and his sister-in-law Louise Heironimus.
