He was predeceased by: his parents, William Gregory Forgy and Velma Rae Forgy. He is survived by: his wife Gibbie Forgy; his sister Cynthia Gudgel; his niece Jan Allgood; and his sister-in-law Barbara Henneke (Tony).
A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the St. Luke's Episcopal Church (427 W Woodard St, Denison, TX 75020).
