He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William O. Fisher and Opal Fisher (Prichard); his wife Jo Ellen Meadows; and his extended family, Dorothy Wilson, Reginald Wilson, Ronald Wilson, Princess Wilson and Thelma Wilson.
