She was predeceased by: her parents, Ples Dawson and Lena Mae Dawson (Brown); her son Michael Dale Price; and her siblings, Buster Grundy Dawson and Ellen Fountain.
She is survived by: her husband Tommy M. Price; her children, Ginger J. Price, Lori E. DeVeaux, Jennifer S. Pickens, John Lee Hughart and Jessie L. Price (Crystal); and her sister Prue Ladel Howard. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; 3 great great grandchildren.
