He is survived by: his children, Betty Pauline Ford (John) of Antlers, OK and Candacce Thadine Ayers (Craig) of Antlers, OK; his siblings, Boyd McCormack of Oklahoma City, OK, Charlotte Decker of Gay Bluff, OK and Mary Ayers of Antlers, OK; his grandchildren, Brandon, Wyndi, Ryan, Bobbiejo, Brian, Justin and Dustin; and his great grandchildren, Tatum, Stephanie, Brandi, Kylie, Briley, Abigail, Caradee, Damian, Kellen, Logan, Sabila, Ayden, Zackary, Zoey, Ryder, Sawyer, Trace, Destani, Addison, Bryson, Camdyn, Braydon and Chastin.
