He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry E. Marshall and Helen Roeder Marshall; and his sister Shirley Weaver (Billy Jack). He is survived by: his wife Janice Sallee Marshall of Denison; and his children, Mark Marshall (Beth) of Sanger, TX, Kay Hugghins (Jim) of Alto, NM, Elaine Lewandowski (Steve) of Hazelwood, MO and Jason Marshall (Micci) of Omaha, NB. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made in his name to Parkside Baptist Church in Denison Texas.
