She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl C. Burch and Louise Mae Parton Burch; and her husband Charles Adell Neal. She is survived by: her significant other Ray Inmon; her daughters, Jana Williams (Jimmie Williams) of Sherman and Jodie Johnson (John Johnson) of Calera, Oklahoma; her grandsons, Jimmie Williams III, Justin Howard and Evan Howard; and her great grandchild Emelia Shea Williams.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Fairview Cemetery Chapel (830 W Main St, Denison, TX 75020).
