He is survived by: his children, Susan Muldrew Fisher, Keith Muldrew and David (Beth Muldrew); his grandchildren, Neeley Donowho, Luke Killough, Nicholas Muldrew (Shelley), Whitney Muldrew, Sydney Muldrew, Jimmy Fields and Meka Fields; his niece Briget; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Lindsey and Lauren; his friend Keith Donowho; and also Joe Garner.
