He is survived by: his children, Lee Kelsey of Denison, Randy of Denison, Ashely Kelsey of Denison, Angela of Denison and Andrea Bersbach of Denison; and his siblings, Frank Melvin Kelsey of Garland and Donabee Larkins of Bells. He is also survived by Nieces, Nephews and Grandchildren.
