He is survived by: his uncle Donald; his cousin Mike House; his parents-in-law, Lonnie and Louise Swink; his brother Ready Mix; his children, Zach Whitehurst (Melissa), Lonnie Whitehurst, James McLain and Jessica House of Denison; his grandchildren, Zach, Zoey, Zarianna and Brayleigh; his stepfather Clayton Kirby; his sisters, Debbie Whitehurst Lamoreux and Teresa Whitehurst of Denison; his stepbrothers, Leif Emmett and Doug Emmett of Oklahoma; and his nieces and nephews, Jack Lamoreux, Lavar Hall, Robert Hall, Timothy Austin, Kyle Whitehurst, Ayden Whitehurst, Jaxston Whitehurst, Michelle Lamoreux, Mararigette Hall, Randi Whitehurst and Alexus Whitehurst. He is also survived by cousins, aunts and uncles, special friends.
