He is survived by: his sons, Brett of Fort Worth and Brandon; his daughter-in-law Kristin of Tulsa; his daughter Allison; his grandchildren, Brooke (Tyler), Natalie (Daniel), Jace, Colton, Brooks and James; his great grandchildren, Hadassah and Judah; his sister Carolyn; his brother-in-law Ted; his nephew Grant (Jessica); his nephew Linn; his cousin Joy Sue; the mothers of children, Patti and Andrea; his son-in-law Ryan Alexander of Prosper; and also Brooklynn.
He also requested that memorial donations be made to your favorite charity.
