He was predeceased by: his son Dustin Hoedebeck; and his significant other Rita Norris. He is survived by: his daughter Amanda Hoedebeck-Phoenix; his grandchildren, Kaidyn Cooksey, Elijan Phoenix and Jonivan Phoenix; his mother Letha Hoedebeck-Price; his adoptive father David James Hoedebeck; his father Richard Oakley; and his brothers, Chris Hoedebeck and Kenny Hoedebeck.
Visitation was held on Sunday, April 27th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the American Funeral Service - Denison (4312 W Crawford St, Denison, TX 75020). A funeral service was held on Sunday, April 27th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location.
