With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Raymond Ramsey Jordan of Denison, Texas, who passed away on November 26, 2024 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Jordan and Cassie Jordan; his wife Melvina Lois Hill; his grandsons, Kevin Jordan and Christopher Jordan; his great grandchild Hilliary Jordan; his sisters, Judy Hill and Louetta Clontz; and his son-in-law Larry Sims.
He is survived by: his children, Richard Jordan (Vickie) of Colbert, OK, Ted Jordan (Jan) of Denison, TX, Linda Sims of Rockledge, FL and Kathy Kidwell (Tim) of Trenton, TX.; his grandchildren, Stephanie Behrens, Jason Allen, Michael Jordan, Josh Allen and Kayla Murphree; and his brothers, Daniel, James, Lonnie, Jerry, Larry and Terry. He is also survived by his family and many friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (307 N Franklin St, Colbert, OK 74733). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
