He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Carey Courtney and Ollie Mae Courtney; his wife Patricia Tuttle; his siblings, Harley Courtney (Ann), Trula Burton and LaNell Mayberry; his children, Ralph Courtney, Jr. (Jackie), Kay Smith (Phil) and Gary Keith Courtney (Hope); his grandchildren, Betsy Haggard (Ryan), Courtney Woodrom (Kyle), Trey Courtney (Kendi), Philip Smith and Samantha Hall (Jeff); and his great grandchildren, Emarald, Rylee, Paige, Parker, Cadence, Bradley, Grayson, Hadassah, Cooper and Levi.
