Though Quinn Noelle may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Quinn Noelle leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her father David Hartley Russey; and her grandparents, Bill, Frances Sampson and Ruby Russey. She is survived by: her mother Judith Darlene Sampson Russey; her husband Michael Roberts; her children, Tanner and Hannah Roberts; and her siblings, Lynita Jones, Regan Carew, Kendall Daniel and Devin Russey. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
