It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Lavonne Mercer (Denison, Texas), who passed away on October 14, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband James W Mercer; her sister Lila Bessette; her grandson-in-law Joel D Beshirs; and her son Jack Mercer. She is survived by: her daughter Linda Adams (Wayne) of Ft Worth; her daughter-in-law Woody Mercer of Bells; her son Joe Mercer (Kathryn) of Kemp, OK.; her sister Peggy Statz; and her grandchildren, Eddie Howell (Chris), Bryan Adams (Liz), John Mercer and Judy Kolar (Jay). She is also survived by Mema by her grandchildren, and great grandchildren, and their friends.
