He is survived by: his children, Boyd Mayo of Denison, TX, Eric Mayo, Kelly of Georgia, Gloria Jones of Utah, Cheryl, Grant of Utah, Jack Mayo of Utah and David Mayo of Utah; and his brothers, William Howell Mayo and George Mayo.
