She is survived by: her children, Leslie Collins (Jarod) of Denison, Texas., Brian Mutchler of Pampa, Texas. and Micaiah Wetzel of Sherman, Texas.; her brothers, Michael Perkins (Wendy) of Howe, Texas. and Lee Perkins of Denison; and her grandchildren, Bryson Mutchler, Addison Mutchler and Waylon Mutchler.
She even went to be on the front lines during the beginning of the Covid pandemic in New York doing whatever she'd could do to help out as a nurse.
