She is survived by: her significant other John Self; her sons, Tim and Michael; her grandchildren, Angela Adams, Sheldon Self, Caleb Self and Tyler Self; her great grandchildren, Krysta Adams, Trenton Adams and Wesley Self; and her siblings, Harold Crawford (Sandra), Betty Wilson (Doug), Barbara Bobo (Keith), Eddie Crawford (Tarenda) and Wendie Kendall (Daniel).
