He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilburt Ainsworth and Bessie Lee Ainsworth; and his wife Bessie Young Ainsworth. He is survived by: his sons, Stephen Ainsworth (Tina) of Denison and Jefferey Ainsworth (Monica) of Denison. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
