With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lila Gene Schnitker (Denison, Texas), born in Pottsboro, Texas, who passed away on December 22, 2021 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Sam Guilloud and Minnie Guilloud; her husband James Henry Schnitker; her daughter Shirley; and her siblings, Laverne (Bud) and Helen.
She is survived by: her sister Betty Faulkner of Pottsboro; and her children, Beverly Horn of Denison, Janet Finnegan (Jim) of Garland, Vicki Erickson (Mark) of Richardson and James Schnitker (Kim) of Rowlett. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.
